if your an elderess---does that mean he is still an elder ? there are quite a number of serving elders on this site who are now completely awake---plus lots more who have stood down but still associate for family reasons.

how do women really view circumcision?
i was just reading through some posts and had a startling realization.. the comment that sparked this went something like this: why oh why when i started into this in 1989 did i not research the history of the wtbts?
etc....... i too was studying and moving towards baptism around that same time.
i got dunked in dec of 1990.. my thought.
as the elderly life long dubs now die off---and those with a reasonable amount of intelligence accept they have been conned and fade away--it will just leave the hard core bat shit crazy that need the watchtower to make their decisions for them.
however--that last category include the poor pioneers--the unemployable--the large family / low income types that are really of no use to the mothership. they dont put enough money in the pot.
so--the smart money will move out of watchtower bricks and mortar--just leaving an empty shell to rehash the same old nonsense theyve been good at for the last 100 years.

with all the recent changes to this religion, what really is the purpose of being a jw?
especially for those who have been in and witnessed all the changes and still no sight of the end.
for these ones in particular (35-55 year olds) they must be in a state of confusion.
